Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Prepare project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring work progress as per planned timelines.
• Monitor MIVAN shuttering works including assembly, installation, concreting, and de-shuttering.
• Ensure construction activities align with approved drawings and specifications.
• Quality & Safety Management
• Implement quality control measures for MIVAN structure and finishes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to address quality deviations.
• Team & Coordination
• Lead and supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and vendors.
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
• Cost & Vendor Management
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Review BOQs, material requirements, and vendor performance.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials with a focus on MIVAN-related items.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain daily work progress reports, quality checklists, and project documentation.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress MIS for management.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
