Job Summary:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data analytics and business intelligence projects.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, data engineers, and business leaders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
  
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
  
• Monitor resource allocation, project risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  
• Review and validate data analysis outputs, dashboards, and reports for accuracy and quality.
  
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
  
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, data governance standards, and quality control processes.
  
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and executive summaries for leadership.
  
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks within the analytics team.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Management, or a related field.
  
• 28 years of experience in project management, preferably in data analytics or BI environments.
  
• Strong understanding of data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Excel).
  
• Proven experience managing projects involving large datasets, data pipelines, and reporting systems.
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
  
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is an added advantage.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  
• Familiarity with machine learning or predictive analytics projects.
  
• Ability to interpret complex data results and present actionable insights to business users.
