Job Title: Project Manager - Software

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  8 to 12 years of progressive experience in software engineering and project management, with a proven record of delivering complex technology projects.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD frameworks.

• Methodologies:

  Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.

• Leadership:

  Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Communication:

  Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Risk & Financial Management:

  Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and managing project risks.

• Education:

  Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Certifications (Preferred):

  PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the

  US Healthcare domain

  and familiarity with

  HIPAA compliance

  standards.
• Exposure to

  ISO 27001 / SOC 2

  certified environments.
• Strong understanding of

  cybersecurity principles

  and data protection best practices.
• Experience managing projects across distributed or global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:

  Plan, initiate, and oversee large-scale software projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational strategy.

• Project Governance:

  Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery milestones in collaboration with executive management and key stakeholders.

• Execution Excellence:

  Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure seamless execution across all project phases.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead, mentor, and motivate development teams to drive performance, accountability, and innovation.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

  Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, QA, product management, and vendor partners to achieve project outcomes.

• Operational Oversight:

  Manage vendor relationships and DevOps support functions, ensuring adherence to performance and service benchmarks.

• Risk & Compliance Management:

  Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with security, quality, and governance standards.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Deliver timely and transparent project updates, progress reports, and executive summaries to leadership.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Evaluate and implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
