Project Manager with hands-on experience in Duck Creek

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Duck Creek projects (Policy, Billing, Claims) from planning to go-live and post-production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, QA leads, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, risks, and change requests.
• Track deliverables, maintain documentation, and report project status to leadership and clients on a regular basis.
• Drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups (Agile or Hybrid Agile methodology).
• Act as the primary point of contact for all Duck Creek-related project activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of project management experience with Duck Creek Technologies

  (Policy, Billing, or Claims suite).
• 8+ years overall IT experience, preferably in P&C insurance domain.
• Deep understanding of Duck Creek product lifecycle, architecture, and accelerators.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation projects or system integrations in insurance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery models.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or equivalent.
