Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall execution of sewage treatment plant construction projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Oversee site activities including civil, mechanical, and electrical works associated with STP projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress through periodic reporting and handle project documentation.
• Lead project teams and mentor site engineers and supervisors.
• Manage stakeholder communication to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline (Masters preferred).
• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in managing construction projects of sewage treatment plants.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, wastewater treatment technologies, and environmental standards.
• Proven track record of managing project costs, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
• Knowledge of local regulatory compliances concerning sewage and wastewater management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
