• Experience in Project Management
• Experience handled commercial and Residential High rise projects.
• Experience in 5-way Architectural Design Drawing coordination.
• The position will be responsible for managing the development of all Residential and commercial of the Group as assigned by the Business.
• The Individual will lead and manage a team of resources dedicated to monitoring the quality, cost & time dimensions of projects and ensure maximum customer satisfaction at the time of handover.
• The position will work through project management companies, external architects and consultants to design and execute the projects

Responsibilities :

• Monitoring progress on specific projects to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
• Coordinating with architects, contractors, engineers, government officials, and other stakeholders involved in the project
• Keeping track of permits, inspections, and other paperwork required for the project to move forward
• Ensuring that all of the details of each project are communicated to all relevant parties
• Creating detailed timelines and plans for each phase of the project, including milestones and deadlines
• Reviewing blueprints, sketches, renderings, or other drawings of proposed designs and renovations to determine feasibility and validity
• Managing the budget for a project by making sure that costs are controlled and that all funds are spent wisely
• Maintaining records related to construction projects including permits, contracts, and zoning regulations
• Lead the Projects organization with responsibility for delivery of projects in line business objectives with a focus on cost, quality and schedule dimensions for project delivery.
• Ensure robust planning, direction, and coordination of activities from concept design to final handover of the project ensuring the project works are within the budgeted time & cost and as per quality standards.

• Present and finalize a project plan.
• EC Liaising works coordination with EC related all departments to get the NOCs works done for ECs
• Managing MEP Coordination / drawings reviews RFIs and Execution
• Managing Electrical lesioning to local Mseb department
• Managing with lesioning Architect for any lesioning related works
• Contractor onboarding works selection of contractor as per pre-qualification of contractors
• PT. Slabs Execution of PT Slabs and its challenges
• Inhouse team coordination and getting works done
• Coordination in stack parking works and its execution works
• Contractors coordination meetings and external design team coordination meetings conducting and getting works done from them
• Execution of entire campus of 2000000lakhs sft area and Infra works
• Managing all finishing activities and planning finishing works
• Preparation of site logistic plans
• Planning of Show flat and its coordination
