• Lead the planning and execution of project workflows across information management, BIM coordination, change management, and design review.
• Ensure scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are consistently met.
• Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and escalate proactively to ensure smooth delivery.
• Drive integration across disciplines and processes to achieve project-wide outcomes.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client teams, aligning deliverables with expectations.
• Facilitate client reviews, present progress, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Build trusted relationships through consistent communication and high-quality results.

People & Team Management

• Coach people in the team on workflows, problem-solving, and client communication.
• Provide feedback, support career growth, and foster a high-performance team culture.
• Take ownership of team health and collaboration across regions and disciplines.
• Actively Forecast and Reflect on work, do the resource planning, transitions planning and communicate & manage training and hiring needs

Process Development & Innovation

• Lead adoption of new workflows, tools, and technologies (BIM platforms, automation, AI/ML-enabled solutions).
• Partner with internal innovation teams to design and pilot process improvements.
• Capture and share lessons learned to contribute to organizational knowledge and standards.
• Incorporate construction site-based lessons into innovation pilots for more tangible real-time site data integration and relatability.

  Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 6 to 12 years of experience in construction operations (document management, BIM coordination, change management, or closeout).
• Proven track record of leading project delivery and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of VDC/BIM

  process and platforms and project information systems and some awareness of Planning and Estimating workflows.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams, while balancing project and process needs.
• Curiosity to explore and apply new technologies in construction operations.
• Ideal candidates bring a blend of virtual expertise and site experience, ensuring that operational strategies are grounded in practical construction realities.
