PROJECT MANAGER - Transmission Line Power Substation - Non IT

Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Transmission Line Power Substation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale power infrastructure projects and will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Project managers play a central role in delivering success throughout organizations and industries.

They are the ones leading a project from start to finish, overseeing its planning, organization,

management, execution, and delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• 14-19 years of experience in project management within the transmission line and power substation sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in the energy sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, substation design, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

Require Project Manager responsible for execution of project for Revenue potential of 140 Cr and o

be based at site at MP near Itarsi

Having experience of execution of project for Sub Station for 400 KV and above Voltage level

Should have more than 15 years of Experience in project execution and management

Should have B tech Degree as educational Skill development

Responsible for Responsible for Planning,

executing, and closing projects while leading teams and managing resources effectively. Key skills include leadership, communication, and problem solving

Should have Leadership skills to demonstrate the work planning and timely execution of project and

shall have communication and presentation skills for high-collaborative teams to bridging the gap

between your team and the customer

Reporting to Director or Top management and Responsibilities are day-to-day activities and tasks to

be done at site for timely execution of project and Role is for MID level Management position.

Should have experience of team building and handing team size of more than 10 person and shall

have knowledge of project monitoring and progress AI tools
