Job Description ✅ Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost control measures. ✅ Prepare detailed project schedules and ensure timely delivery. ✅ Handle contractual correspondence and ensure compliance with all terms. ✅ Track milestones and present progress updates to stakeholders. ✅ Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution. ✅ Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to optimize project costs. ✅ Identify and address potential delays proactively. ✅ Manage project claims, delays, and disputes in line with contract clauses. ✅ Maintain cost controls and ensure project expenses stay within budget. ✅ Manage receivables and ensure timely billing. ✅ Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for maximum efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
