Job Description

Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and maintainence of web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
Conduct regular team meetings to review project status and address any challenges.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project management methodologies.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensuring the acceptance of induvial developers as well as the team by the client.
