Project Manager - Signage Industry

As a Project Manager in the Signage Industry, your role will involve a variety of key responsibilities including: - Banking & Corporate Branding: You will be responsible for managing faade signage, ACP cladding, LED displays, and other branding elements for banking and corporate clients. - Oil Sector (Retail Outlets): Your tasks will include overseeing canopy fabrication, pylon installation, high-mast signage, and other signage projects within the oil sector. - Engineering & Technical Know-how: You should have a strong understanding of signage structures, fabrication tools, materials, and site execution processes to ensure successful project delivery. - Project Coordination: Your role will require effective management of project timelines, team coordination, and supervision of contractors to ensure smooth project execution. - Client Communication: Providing clear and timely updates to clients with a solution-driven approach to address any concerns or queries they may have. - Mechanical Design: Ability to read and interpret mechanical designs to ensure accuracy in project implementation. - New Product Development: Knowledge of the end-to-end process of new product development to contribute to innovation within the company. - Site Execution: Understanding of site execution processes and the ability to provide effective solutions to any challenges that may arise during implementation. - Software Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems, AutoCAD, G-Drive, and MS Office to streamline project management processes. - Industry Experience: Previous experience in signage fabrication or branding projects will be highly valued in this role. - Team Leadership & Delegation: Leading a team of 10-15 members, allocating tasks effectively, delegating responsibilities, and monitoring progress to achieve team and organizational objectives. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Good knowledge of MS Office & Google Sheets for effective project management. - B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical) degree to support your technical background. - Strong mechanical skills and the ability to interpret client drawings accurately. - Knowledge of standard materials such as MS, SS, and Aluminium characteristics to guide material selection. - Understanding of mechanical processes and the importance of maintaining a polite and responsible demeanor in all interactions. - Good email writing skills and proficiency in office tools to facilitate clear communication within the team and with clients.,
