Job Description

Planning, Execution and Monitoring of Projects.
Meeting with different vendors for techno commercial discussion for further execution of Projects.
Daily report updating from project engineers , budget monitoring, verification of Utility Consumption, Consumables ,Energy reading to ensure smooth and effective running of plant.
Planning and Execution of day to day Activity with engineers, Supervisors in co-ordination of other Department.
To plan and execute various cost saving and energy saving measures.
Daily reporting to Superior and discuss about day to day activity, planning of new work.
To boost the morale of the staff and maintain basic disciplines so as to achieve target and maximum output from them.
Plan and organize resources according to the requirement and priority work.
Monitoring a store related activity like Purchase requisition, GRN, stock statement In SAP System. Identification of new vendor for development of spares and import substitute.
