Role Overview: As a SAP MDG/ABAP Technical Manager, you should have a minimum of 8+ years of Implementation and Support experience across different industries and sectors, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations in SAP S/4HANA MDG. Your role will involve participating in Business workshops, gathering business requirements, and proposing TO BE Processes as per best practices. Additionally, you must have a strong hands-on experience in ABAP programming, including enhancements, user exits, BADI implementations, and performance tuning. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in Business workshops, gather business requirements, and propose TO BE Processes - Have a minimum of 8 years of ABAP Development Experience - Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in ABAP programming, including enhancements, user exits, BADI implementations, and performance tuning - Exhibit expertise in SAP MDG Framework, including data modeling, UI configuration, workflow setup, and data replication - Possess Interface Development Skills, proficiency in building and managing complex interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services for seamless data exchange - Utilize Workflow and BRF+ Knowledge, with a solid understanding of workflow design and BRF+ rule configuration to support master data approval and validation processes Qualification Required: - Experience in MDG Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, Finance (General Ledger, Cost center, Profit Center, Internal Orders) - Worked on Customer and Vendor Integration (CVI) - SAP MDG Certification is preferred - Hands-on experience on Data Import and Replication Framework via IDOC, web services, etc. - Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development, including custom reports, enhancements, and performance tuning - Ability to design and implement complex interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services for master data integration - Experience in creating and customizing workflows using BRF+ and ABAP to support governance and approval processes - Skilled in developing, scheduling, and monitoring background jobs for data processing and system automation - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across MDG and ABAP components - Ability to work closely with functional teams, business users, and other technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions Note: Any additional details of the company were not present in the provided job description.,
