Job Description: You will lead consulting assignments in the areas of strategy, sales, marketing, and overall business. Your role will involve ensuring the growth of clients and achieving the desired outcomes of consulting assignments, both as short-term milestones and long-term objectives. Additionally, you will lead a team of consultants appointed on assigned projects to ensure that the desired key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved. This will include dealing with clients at the Director or CXO level, as well as with a team of clients to achieve the desired results. Your responsibilities will also include understanding the challenges faced by clients in the areas of strategy, sales, marketing, and overall business growth, and designing the Business Growth Strategy. You will be responsible for the implementation of the Business Growth Strategy, both on-site and off-site, to solve complex business problems. Moreover, you will conduct market research to understand industry trends and ensure the development of long-lasting relationships with clients.
