Project Manager (Revenue)

As a business mindset individual, you will be responsible for working on strategies, revenue generation, and team management for Ecomaxgo, a profitable and tax-free Govt of India backed startup in the IOT and Fintech sector. The company's IOT product, launched by the Honorable Prime Minister, is part of a Govt project with 3 verticals: - IOT machine operations & Expansion - Team Management - Ads Management- Revenue needs to be cash positive (SALES) Your role will involve taking rounds to check progress, understanding cost implications for each task, meeting with Govt officers, negotiating, and being open to travel frequently. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects - Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress - Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques - Report and escalate to management as needed - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Qualifications Required: - Business mindset with a focus on strategies, revenue generation, and team management - Ability to understand and manage costs effectively - Experience in negotiating and dealing with Govt officers - Strong multitasking skills - Openness to frequent travel Additional Company Details: Ecomaxgo is a profitable and tax-free Govt of India backed startup in the IOT and Fintech sector. The IOT product, launched by the Honorable Prime Minister, is a part of a Govt project under the Swachh Bharat mission. The company is located in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, and offers a salary of Rs 14 Lacs (Rs 8 Lacs in Hand + Rs 6 Lacs on performance) along with a car. After a fund raise, higher in-hand packages ranging from 12 Lacs to 24 Lacs are possible. Immediate joining is required.,
