Project Manager (Retail Fit Out Work)

As a Project Manager for corporate fit out projects, you will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive project plans that include scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of project execution from the initial design and planning stages to completion, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and budgets. You will be required to manage and coordinate all project activities such as site surveys, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover. It will be essential to proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize delays and cost overruns. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders. In terms of stakeholder management, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong relationships with all project stakeholders will be crucial to ensure effective communication and collaboration. You will conduct regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure alignment on project goals. Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle. As part of budget and cost management, you will develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost tracking and control. Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising project quality will be essential. You will also need to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and workmanship. This will involve overseeing site inspections and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for project execution will also fall under your purview. In terms of team leadership, you will be responsible for managing and motivating project teams, providing clear direction and guidance. Effective delegation of tasks and providing support to team members will be crucial to the success of the projects.
