Job Description — Restaurant Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager to assist in setting up our restaurant from its beginning stage and bringing it to full operational readiness.

The place is in Kochi, and we have a legacy in hospitality since 1982. We are now looking for the next challenge at a lakeside location in Kumbalangi.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all activities required to establish the restaurant, arrange operations, and ensure a smooth launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in complete restaurant setup from scratch
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
• Support in kitchen setup, dining area planning, and workflow arrangement
• Ensure all operational systems are in place for opening
• Handle on-ground tasks and supervise daily progress
• Report updates and timelines to management
• Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Requirements

• Age between 28 to 35 years
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and organized
• Experience in restaurant setup or hospitality operations is an advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 per month
• Food and accommodation provided
