Project Manager- Residential Interior Fit-out

• Role & responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution:

• Manage all phases of residential interior fit-out projects, from site handover to final completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

• Team Coordination:

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise site teams including subcontractors, designers, suppliers, and consultants.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
• Ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.

• Quality Assurance:

• Oversee quality control throughout project lifecycle.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to industry standards and client specifications.
• Manage snagging and handover process efficiently.

• Client Communication & Satisfaction:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
• Manage client expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in residential interior fit-out or construction project management.
• Proven experience in managing high-end residential fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
