Role & responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Manage all phases of residential interior fit-out projects, from site handover to final completion. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Team Coordination: Lead, coordinate, and supervise site teams including subcontractors, designers, suppliers, and consultants. Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews. Ensure clear communication among all stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control throughout project lifecycle. Ensure that all works are carried out to industry standards and client specifications. Manage snagging and handover process efficiently. Client Communication & Satisfaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project. Manage client expectations and resolve issues promptly. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in residential interior fit-out or construction project management. Proven experience in managing high-end residential fit-out projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
