Project Manager with strong expertise in Package Applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects of package applications (ERP/CRM/PLM/MES or equivalent).
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Drive project execution, monitoring progress, identifying risks/issues, and implementing mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with functional consultants, technical developers, and integration teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve project and professional goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in Project Management roles.
• Strong background in Package Applications (ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, SCM, HRMS, or similar enterprise systems).
• Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale implementation or upgrade projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• PMP / Prince2 / Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus
