Project Manager /Project Lead -NET

How you should be?

Radixweb is looking for a “Project Lead/Project Manager(.Net)” who will assist in team development while holding the teams accountable for their commitments.

What you will do?

• Be actively involved in collecting and assessing client requirements.
• Develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor the development process.
• Active involvement in the Code Review process for maintaining the quality of deliverables.
• Achieve timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain the technical skill levels of the team and upgrade them through proper mentoring.

What we are looking for?

• Has extensively worked on managing Software development projects in .NET
• Has extensively worked on resource management – Supports resource skills management, supports hiring etc.
• Has strong exposure on project management principles
• Should be able to manage technical documentation
• Ability to influence team, clients, and other key stakeholders
• Strong people management skills
• Should have excellent communication Skills
• Should have excellent collaboration
