Project Manager/ Production Coordinator

As a Project Manager/ Production Coordinator at Soluis in Viet Nam, you will be a key member of our team of talented artists, responsible for overseeing the workflow of our studios and ensuring the timely delivery of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve proactive problem-solving, effective communication with various departments, and coordination with internal and external teams for project execution. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the studios, overseeing work through outsourced studios, and addressing any issues that may arise during the production process with accuracy and attention to detail. Collaboration with local and international teams will be essential for the smooth execution of projects. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in project management or production coordination, ideally within a 3D production, design, or creative studio. Familiarity with architectural visualization and proficiency in project management software such as Jira/Confluence and Review Studio are desired qualifications. In addition to technical skills, you should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving abilities. Adaptability, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Flexibility to work on weekends and on demand, especially around project launches, is required.
