Job Description

Position: Project Manager (PMO) Wealth Management IT Transformation

Experience:

Position Purpose

Wealth Management IT Transformation program (Investment Services Stream)

Key Responsibilities

Execute Stream PM activities as per WITT program governance.
Manage Application Follow-Up Dashboards.
Track deadlines, ETAs, and follow up with action item owners.
Handle project reporting requests from management & stakeholders.
Manage project timesheets and budget tool.
Coordinate with
Capgemini vendor
and
BNPP Infra teams
for environment management and deployments.
Prepare documentation for:

Monthly Steering Committee
Monthly Transformation Board
Weekly Operational Committee

Coordinate with Testing teams for
SIT & UAT execution
.
Support resource planning for ongoing and upcoming quarters.
Document and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
Handle demands/requests from other teams and route them to the right IS stream members.
Manage and update JIRA tickets for Agile processes.

Technical Skills

Microsoft Office Suite –

Specific Qualifications

Experience as a
Project Manager in the banking domain
.
Degree and/or certifications in Project Management.
Agile @ Scale, Scrum certification.

Additional Value-Added Competencies

French language proficiency (added advantage).
Strong presentation skills.
Conflict resolution ability.
Ability to prepare & execute action plans.
