About Position:

We are hiring a project manager with hands on experience in Project Management, Problem Solving, Risk Management.

Role: Project Manager
Location: Pune
Experience: 16 to 19 Years
Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

Overall Project Ownership and Governance:
Serve as the primary leader and owner of the project's success.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with project goals, quality standards, and timelines.
Managerial expertise to lead a cross functional team
Project Management:
Lead project execution from inception to delivery, adhering to Agile methodologies.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, risks, and success criteria.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Act as the main interface between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.
Translate technical discussions into business insights for stakeholders and vice versa.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Leadership & Governance: Strong experience in leading projects and establishing governance frameworks. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
Scrum Master Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile principles, experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and tracking sprint metrics.
Collaboration: Strong track record of fostering a collaborative culture and building trust with stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Lead project execution from inception to delivery, adhering to Agile methodologies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
