The Project Manager (Mechanical) will lead and oversee mechanical works in Pre Engineered Building (PEB) projects within a real estate project management consultancy environment. The role involves managing end to end execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating with multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Lead and oversee mechanical works in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects, managing end-to-end execution.
Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Review technical submittals and ensure integration of mechanical systems with PEB structures.
Implement QA/QC procedures, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors as the primary point of contact for mechanical works.
Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare management reports.Qualifications

Bachelors degree - Mechanical engineering with 8-12 years of experience in mechanical project management, including 3-5 years in Pre-Engineered Building projects.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in industrial projects, with familiarity in PEB design, fabrication, and erection processes.
Proven track record in project management, technical review, and client coordination.
