Execute large-scale educational or research-based projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation. Recruit, manage, and coordinate teams at various locations to ensure project goals are met. Interact with key stakeholders including government officials, school authorities, and internal experts to align project objectives and processes. Monitor field operations, manage logistics, and troubleshoot issues in real-time to keep the project on track. Travel as required to different project sites for supervision, training, and stakeholder meetings. Maintain accurate documentation and use computer tools (MS Office, etc.) for reporting and project tracking. Candidate Profile : Graduate or Postgraduate in MSW, MBA, or any relevant discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing school-based projects, surveys, or large-scale research initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in computer usage, especially MS Office tools. Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead field teams. Comfortable with extensive travel and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
