Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager Government Hostel Construction Project(Atal Bihari Wajpayee govt hostel building construction)

Lead and manage the entire
project lifecycle
from planning, execution, monitoring, to handover.
Coordinate with
government departments, consultants, architects, and contractors
to ensure smooth project progress.
Prepare and monitor
project schedules, budgets, and work progress reports
.
Ensure
timely completion
of work within cost and quality parameters.
Review and approve
drawings, BOQs, and material submittals
.
Conduct
site inspections
, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to
safety and quality standards
.
Manage
resources, subcontractors, and vendors
effectively.
Handle
documentation, billing, and correspondence
with the client and consultants.
Identify and mitigate
project risks, delays, and cost overruns
.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
(M.E./M.Tech preferred).
Minimum
10 to 15 years of experience
in building construction projects, preferably government or institutional works.
Proven experience in
hostel, hospital, or institutional building
projects.
Strong understanding of
construction drawings, specifications, and government tender procedures
.
Proficiency in
MS Project / Primavera
, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
Excellent
leadership, coordination, and communication
skills.
