Job Description

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead
end-to-end Oracle Fusion
(Finance, SCM, HCM) and
Oracle EBS
implementation and support projects.
Own the
entire project lifecycle
from initiation, planning, execution to go-live and hypercare/post-production support.
Coordinate among
business users, stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams
to align on project objectives.
Develop and manage:
Project schedules
Resource plans
Risk and issue logs
Change control processes
Ensure delivery within
scope, time, budget, and quality
parameters.
Provide
status reports
to senior management and clients.
Guide teams to follow
Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies
.
Drive
change management
, communication, and user adoption efforts.
Promote
team collaboration, accountability, and motivation
throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

1012 years
of experience in IT project management, with at least
2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Applications
(Finance, SCM, or HCM).
Proven
hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
modules and
Oracle EBS
.
Strong project governance, budgeting, and risk management skills.
Excellent stakeholder communication and
cross-functional team leadership
.
Project Management Certification
(PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
Mandatory
.
Proficiency in tools like
MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet
.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing
multi-pillar Oracle Cloud projects
(e.g., Finance + SCM + HCM).
Familiarity with
Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
delivery models.
Previous experience in
consulting or system integrator roles
is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree in
Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration
, or related field.
MBA
is a plus, but not mandatory.
