Job Description

You are a highly experienced Project Manager with 10-12 years of experience in leading and implementing Oracle Banking Platform (OBP) and/or Oracle FLEXCUBE solutions for Transaction Banking. Your background includes expertise in corporate banking solutions such as Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Liquidity Management, Virtual Accounts, Collateral & Limits Management. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Banking Platform (OBP) / FLEXCUBE for transaction banking. You will define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful execution. Identifying and mitigating risks, and working closely with Oracle product teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors will be crucial for achieving project goals. You will oversee the implementation of Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Corporate Cash Management solutions, Liquidity Management, Virtual Accounts Management (VAM), and Collateral & Limits Management. Managing Host-to-Host ERP integrations for seamless connectivity between corporate banking systems and enterprise ERP platforms will also be under your domain. As a strategic advisor, you will work with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT teams to align technology with business needs. Conducting workshops and training sessions for financial institutions and corporate clients, ensuring continuous stakeholder engagement through progress reports, risk assessments, and resolution strategies will be part of your role. You will define and oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing of OBP/FLEXCUBE transaction banking modules. Ensuring smooth data migration, reconciliation, and cutover strategies before go-live will be essential. Post-implementation support will involve providing smooth transition to business-as-usual (BAU) operations, optimizing transaction banking processes through data analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights, and enhancing system performance and user experience by monitoring feedback and implementing necessary upgrades. Your required skills and experience include 10-12 years in IT project management, with 5+ years in Oracle Banking Platform (OBP) and/or FLEXCUBE implementations. Proven expertise in Transaction Banking, Corporate Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Liquidity Management is necessary. Strong knowledge of Virtual Accounts, Collateral & Limits Management, and Host-to-Host ERP Integration is also crucial. Leadership, communication, stakeholder management skills, and knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies are expected. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred but not mandatory.,
