Job Description

As a Strategic Operations and Events Manager at Zelis India, your role will be critical in operationalizing core role strategies, maintaining and evolving roles and responsibilities, and ensuring the development and documentation of standard operating procedures. Your responsibilities will include: - Operationalize Role Strategy: Transform high-level role strategies into actionable plans and processes, ensuring consistent implementation across all relevant teams. - Roles & Responsibilities Management: Oversee the definition, refinement, and documentation of roles and responsibilities, collaborating with business units and cross-functional partners. - SOP Development and Maintenance: Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures based on RACI frameworks and stakeholder input, ensuring clarity and accessibility. - Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between departments to align operational activities with broader organizational objectives, facilitating discussions and workshops. - Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, gather feedback, drive consensus, and represent stakeholder needs in operational plans and event execution. - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency and performance improvement in operational processes and event management, championing a culture of innovation and refinement. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Organizational Agility: Experience working across departments to achieve alignment and drive organizational objectives. - Process Design & Documentation: Ability to create, document, and optimize operational processes using RACI matrices and SOP development. - Strategic Planning: Skill in translating strategy into operational initiatives, anticipating challenges, and devising solutions. - Event Management Expertise: Significant experience in planning, managing, and executing high-profile events, coordinating logistics, budgets, and communications. - Communication & Facilitation: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, experience leading workshops and presentations. - Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage, negotiate, and build consensus among multiple stakeholder groups. - Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments with attention to detail and commitment to deadlines. - Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to pivot strategies and processes as organizational needs evolve. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools, event management platforms, and collaboration software.
