Requirements:

  and

  vendors.

• Working

  knowledge

  of

  project

  management

  tools

  for

  planning, tracking, and

  reporting.

  in fast-changing

  technological

  environments.

• Able

  to

  commercially

  and

  balance

  delivery, cost,

  risk,

  and

  quality.
