Opening for Cyber Security Lead Position

Skills:

Strategic & Technical Leadership:

• Define, lead, and evolve the cybersecurity strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and enforce policies, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Drive innovation in cybersecurity services, tools, and practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 3+ years in a client-facing or pre-sales leadership role.

Mandatory Certification (any one of the following):

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

  ISACA

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

  – ISACA

• Diploma in Information Systems Audit (ISA / DISA)

  – ICAI

• Diploma in Information System Security Audit (DISSA)

  – ICMAI

Key Competencies:

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains: network, cloud, application, data, OT/IoT security, and risk management.
• Pre-sales experience including solutioning, proposals, and presentations to CXO-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into business value.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in managed security services, consulting, or product-based cybersecurity companies.
• Exposure to global security frameworks: NIST, ISO, SANS, OWASP, etc.
• Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, cloud security platforms (Azure, AWS, GC
