Who are we looking for

AProject Managerto manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in Project Management

.

Technical Skills:

10+Yearsof total experiencewith 5+ yearsas aProject Manager.

Sound knowledge in Retail Banking domain

Have knowledge in SQL

Willberesponsiblefortheoverall delivery of the project.

Should be a single point of contact for the Bank and act as a primary interfacetotheBankforallmatters that can affect the baseline,schedule.

Implementation of the Testing processasdefinedidentifiedin the RFP document.

Maintain all project related communicationsthroughBankSPOC.

ProvideescalationtoVendor ssenior management if required.

Conductregularlyscheduledproject status meetings.

Education Qualification:

Should have passed B.E./B. TECH /MCA/ M.Sc.(IT)/B.Sc./BCA/B.Com./BBAfrom anyrecognized College/Universityduly approved byAICTEandshouldhavepassedPMPCERTIFICATION.

Process Skills:

Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process

Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)

Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Work Schedule (Six days working in a week)

Behavioral Skills:

Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs

Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
