Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Manager at MediSage, your main responsibility will be to build, engage, and grow communities of doctors with similar specializations or interests through digital marketing and organizational initiatives. You will play a key role in planning, developing, and implementing campaigns and communication strategies across various marketing channels. Your focus will be on connecting and engaging with doctors within the community to nurture them as influencers. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal medical teams, key opinion leaders, and influencers to align relevant medical content - Work on collaborating with medical associations relevant to the community - Conduct surveys, CMEs, and publications of complicated case series through influencers on the MediSage platform - Provide timely responses to comments and queries from community members Qualifications Required: - Degree in BDS/MDS/PharmD/M-Pharm/B Pharm with an MBA and good medical knowledge - 3-5 years of experience in community building, content engagement, or medico-marketing roles in the pharma, diagnostics, or healthcare segment - Strong communication, creative writing, and analytical skills - Willingness to travel as per the organization's needs Additional Details: This is a full-time position at MediSage with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift or morning shift, with the work location being on the road.,
