  • Identification of continuous process improvement opportunities to related operational processes.
  • Processing invoices ensuring timely and accurate payments for goods and services.

The Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in operations support, reporting, or business analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations or related field.
  • Prior experience working with Clarity PPM is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the Operations team and Corporate Function customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple data requests from the 6 Corporate Function areas, CFPMO and Operations PMO
  • Ability to manage work for consistency, completeness, and delivery within the specified deadline(s)
