What You'll Do:

You will be the central point of coordination, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality outcomes across our internal teams (SEO, Google/Meta Ads, Content, Design, Video, and Web Development).

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Project Leadership:

  Plan tasks, set timelines, and track overall progress across multiple digital marketing campaigns.

• Team Coordination:

  Lead the daily workflow across all cross-functional teams, proactively resolving bottlenecks, updating deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Client Communication:

  Serve as the main virtual point of contact for clients, leading progress meetings, presenting performance reports, gathering feedback, and managing approvals.

• Quality & Process:

  Maintain clear documentation, review all deliverables for quality and brand alignment, and continuously improve internal workflows by creating and enforcing SOPs and templates.

• Resource Management:

  Track team capacity, allocate resources efficiently, and compile performance reports.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience:

  34 years of Project Management experience, preferably in a

  digital marketing or agency setting

• Skills:

  Exceptional

  organizational

  communication

  skills (verbal & written).

• Tools:

  Proficiency in project management software (e.g.,

  Trello

  ).

• Mindset:

  A detail-oriented, proactive approach with proven experience managing virtual client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.

• Adaptability:

  Comfortable managing shifting priorities and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
