Job Description

Current Opportunity is with UNM foundation, CSR arm of Torrent Group.

Job Responsibility :

Ensure comprehensive lake maintenance across the following key parameters:

Water and Area Cleanliness:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness for both the lake water and its surrounding areas.
Landscaping and Waste Management:
Oversee the upkeep of park landscaping, including pathways, plantation care, and effective waste disposal.
Infrastructure and Safety:
Ensure proper security measures, uninterrupted electricity supply, and thorough cleanliness of all facilities, including sanitation blocks.
Government Coordination:
Facilitate regular communication with government authorities for reporting, upgrades, and renovation initiatives.
Architectural Collaboration:
Coordinate with architects to address design requirements and enhancements.
Financial Oversight:
Manage budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility throughout the project.
