As a Project Manager specializing in inventory management initiatives, your primary responsibility is to develop and oversee comprehensive project plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including inventory, procurement, finance, IT, and lab support, to ensure the successful execution of inventory projects. This includes establishing clear timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to meet project goals effectively. Your role will involve overseeing process improvement initiatives by integrating audit feedback and lab support best practices into inventory systems. You will also be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing regular inventory audits and lab-specific audits to ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. Collaboration with lab support teams is essential to accurately track, store, and manage lab inventories, ensuring efficient material handling and usage. Monitoring project progress and performance metrics, as well as providing regular status updates and detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders, are critical aspects of your role. Effective communication among project teams, lab support teams, and senior leadership is key to resolving issues and aligning project deliverables with organizational goals. Managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations to support inventory projects and maintain lab support tools and systems are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will lead and mentor project teams, providing clear guidance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring accountability for project milestones and deliverables. Your strong lab support and audit skills will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and ensuring overall inventory health and compliance. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred. - 5+ years of project management experience in inventory or supply chain management, with hands-on experience in lab support and audit processes. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills focused on process improvement and audit compliance. - Proficiency in project management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information and interact with diverse stakeholders. - Demonstrated experience coordinating internal and external audits, including lab inventory audits. - Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume inventory environment. - Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems. - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. - Ability to adapt quickly and manage change in dynamic operational environments.,
