Paliath Interiors is a leading interior design firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex interior design projects from concept to completion. Job Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and communication with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues. Communicate effectively with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors. Resolve conflicts and issues in a timely and professional manner. Prepare regular project status reports for management. Ensure projects are completed in accordance with company standards and client expectations. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Proficiently use project management software. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control. Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of design. Manage change orders and revisions effectively. Handle client communication and manage expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field. 6 - 10years of experience in project management, preferably in the interior design industry. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of Interiors methods and materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience working on high-end residential and commercial projects is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is a plus. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is required.
