Project Manager - interiors

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage turnkey interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.

· Coordinate between design, procurement, execution, and client teams for seamless project delivery.

· Plan project timelines, define milestones, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.

· Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and budgets.

· Prepare and maintain daily task reports, progress trackers, and project documentation.

· Align material procurement schedules with project requirements and coordinate with the purchase team.

· Supervise site supervisors and ensure strict on-site discipline, quality control, and timely issue resolution.

· Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, civil, and other service consultants for smooth integration during execution.

· Lead client meetings, provide project updates, and address concerns professionally.

· Anticipate project risks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related field.

· 5–6 years of relevant experience in managing corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects.

· Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of interior construction, materials, and project lifecycle.

· Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.

· Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD for project tracking.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
