Job Description

oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client consultation to final delivery, ensuring it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets design specifications

Liaise with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Arranging supplier ,planning and deploy the contractors.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
Facilitate communication between clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Planning and execution

Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines and budgets.
Supervise and direct the activities of designers, contractors, and other team members.
Manage and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.

Quality control and compliance

Ensure the project adheres to design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, and finishes.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality, and ensure safety compliance.

Risk and problem management

Identify potential risks or obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure all shop drawings are expedited and approved in a timely manner.
