Job Summary:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning:

  Collaborate with clients and designers to define goals, scope, and budgets; develop detailed project plans.

• Budget Management:

  Create, manage, and report on budgets; monitor expenses and implement cost controls.

• Team Coordination:

  Lead and manage project teams; ensure smooth communication and task delegation.

• Vendor & Contractor Management:

  Select, negotiate, and supervise vendors and contractors for timely, quality delivery.

• Timeline Management:

  Maintain schedules, track milestones, and resolve potential delays proactively.

• Quality Control:

  Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards and specifications.

• Risk Management:

  Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.

• Client Communication:

  Provide timely updates, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Keep accurate project records and share progress reports with senior management.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Experience in handling 4 - 5 projects end-to-end
  

• Ability to manage and guide site supervisors
  

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  

• Proficient in budgeting and financial oversight
  

• Leadership and team coordination abilities
  

• Sound knowledge of interior design principles
  

• Proficiency in project management tools/software
