Join us on an exciting journey where innovation meets impact. As our Project Manager Innovation, you will lead projects that integrate distributed energy resources (DERs) into the grid. Your responsibilities include managing peer-to-peer programs, fostering new ideas, keeping up with regulations, and exploring alternative options. You’ll steer initiatives that push the boundaries of what’s possible.

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology, or similar⚡ Experience managing projects⚡ A self-starter who loves learning and is excited by change.⚡ A positive, creative problem-solver who’s not afraid to push boundaries.⚡ An excellent communicator who thrives in a team.⚡ Someone who brings energy, fun, and a can-do attitude to everything they do.Extra brownie points if you’ve played with behind the meter projects before
