Applications are invited for the Post of Project Manager in the Office of the Dean of Students’ Affairs, IIT Kanpur.

Duration of Appointment: The appointment is purely contractual, with a contract duration of an initial period of one year or until the end of the project, whichever is earlier, with renewal based on satisfactory performance.

Minimum Qualification & Post qualification Experience:

(a) Post graduate degree + 8 years of relevant experience Or
(b) Graduate with 15 years of relevant experience at appropriate level Or
(c) (CA/ICWA/CS) + 2 years of relevant experience at supervisory level in a Govt. organization or in educational institute or in organization of repute.

Desirable Experience:

• At least ten years of working experience in Office Management.
• Candidates should have a good knowledge of computer applications.
• Preparation of reports and presentations, etc.
• Ability to take notes and draft general office correspondence.
• Handling the Office Front Desk in a reputed organization.
• Willingness to work in shifts or odd duty hours (early morning & late evening, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays).

This post is purely temporary and contractual basis for a period of one year or until the end of the project, whichever is earlier, with renewal based on satisfactory performance. Interested candidates should send their detailed CV in given proforma (Form No-DORD-FORM-303) along with self-attested copies of marks sheets/ certificates of qualifying degree & experience in a sealed envelope by the post/courier/hand delivery to the undersigned on or before 25-09-2025.
