Project Manager HVAC

As a Project Manager for HVAC projects in Dholvi, Maharashtra, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful planning and execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing detailed project plans, encompassing timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. - Conducting feasibility studies to evaluate project scope, risk factors, and technical requirements. - Collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to finalize project specifications and objectives. - Obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals before commencing the project. - Overseeing all project phases, from design and procurement to installation and commissioning of HVAC & related Electrical systems. - Leading coordination meetings with design, procurement, and on-site teams to ensure seamless execution. - Implementing project management tools and techniques for progress tracking, risk management, and issue resolution. - Supervising site engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure efficient and safe task completion. - Providing guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability. - Evaluating team performance, offering training or mentorship when needed. - Conducting regular quality inspections and audits to address any deviations. - Selecting and negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors for cost-effective procurement and services. - Monitoring subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Resolving disputes or performance issues with subcontractors promptly. - Preparing accurate project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses. - Monitoring project expenses and implementing cost control measures to prevent overruns. - Providing regular financial updates to senior management, highlighting variances and corrective actions. - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and external stakeholders. - Providing regular progress reports, including project status, risks, and milestones achieved. - Addressing client concerns and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. - Staying updated on emerging HVAC trends and recommending their integration into ongoing projects. In addition, your responsibilities will involve setting project timelines, monitoring project deliverables, updating relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress, and coaching and supporting project team members with tasks you assign them.
