About The Role
As a
Project Manager
, you'll take charge of IT and communication projects, ensuring they're delivered
on time, within budget
, and with exceptional quality. You'll lead Agile teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and make a real difference.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Project Ownership
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare quotes and effort estimates for stakeholders.
- Agile Leadership
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Drive a collaborative and growth-focused team culture.
- Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to track progress.
- Stakeholder Management
- Share regular project updates and ensure alignment.
- Tackle challenges and remove blockers affecting timelines.
- Team Collaboration
- Build a productive team environment and offer constructive feedback.
- Keep the backlog updated to reflect real-time project status.
- Release Coordination
- Oversee deployments and ensure proper testing.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and documentation standards.
- Continuous Improvement
- Bring ideas to improve project processes and tools.
- Promote Agile best practices to boost performance across teams.

Knowledge & Skill-set Required
- Education: B.E. in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications: Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification Big plus!
- Experience: 2+ years in project management (bonus if you've been a Scrum Master).
- Strong grip on project tools like Jira and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible and calm under changing scopes prioritization pro.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, and a true team player.
