- Background in medicine with experience managing healthcare BPO projects (EHR, medical coding, health insurance)

- Strong client-facing experience including stakeholder engagement and relationship management

- Proven ability in project accounting and financial oversight

- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams

- Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and operational efficiency

- Experience implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS)

- Familiarity with compliance standards and healthcare regulations
