Project Manager / Functional Consultant

As an experienced QAD Supply Chain ERP professional, you will play a crucial role in either project management or functional consultancy based on project needs. Your primary focus will be on demonstrating proficiency in QAD ERP Supply Chain modules and a deep understanding of manufacturing/distribution business processes. Your responsibilities will revolve around spearheading ERP projects, gathering requirements, configuring QAD, and ensuring the seamless delivery of supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities: - As a Project Manager: - Lead and oversee end-to-end QAD ERP Supply Chain projects. - Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. - Manage risks/issues and provide regular project status reports. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with project governance and industry best practices. - As a Functional Consultant: - Conduct workshops to elicit business requirements effectively. - Configure and provide support for QAD Supply Chain modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, and Order Management. - Translate business requirements into practical ERP configurations. - Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and post-implementation support. - Engage with technical teams for system integrations and enhancements. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated expertise in QAD ERP Supply Chain modules. - Hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support within the ERP landscape. - Comprehensive knowledge of the ERP project lifecycle spanning from requirement gathering to system go-live. - Strong leadership qualities, adept stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication abilities.,
