Project Manager - Flights (OTA / Travel)

As a Project Manager Flights at Aertrip, you will be responsible for owning the Flights Product end-to-end, including GDS and NDC integrations, fare management, and user experience optimization. Your role will involve defining and executing the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Aertrips flight booking platform. Key responsibilities include: - Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Aertrips flight booking platform. - Lead end-to-end projects involving GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), NDC integrations, airline consolidators, and LCCs. - Optimize fare structures, ancillaries, dynamic pricing, and private fares to maximize revenue. - Enhance user journeys, UI/UX, and conversion funnels for better booking success rates. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities. - Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution. - Track key performance metrics (KPIs): booking success rate, cancellation ratio, RPS (Revenue Per Search), etc. - Run A/B testing, feature rollouts, and agile/scrum cycles for continuous improvement. - Act as the key stakeholder in aligning product features with consumer travel behavior and business objectives.
