•Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
•Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
•Responsible for project delivery on time, within scope and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and develop mitigation measures to drive project to completion.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Identify and resolve issues/conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Client interaction and project communications(internal and external)
